Although good Skin Care can be delivered in the form of topical creams, lotions, and serums, even better results may come from injectable Skin Boosters.
Skin Boosters are an injectable form of Skin Care made from the same sugar as Dermal Fillers. This gel-like substance is delivered into the dermis of the skin with a fine needle or a micro-cannula (blunt-ended instrument to reduce bruising). Prior to administering, Dr. Jodie will numb your treatment area to ensure you are comfortable throughout the procedure.
Skin Boosters work by stimulating your skin’s own collagen network to refine pores and fine lines, hydrate and smooth your skin, to give your face an undeniable glow. Unlike Dermal Fillers, they improve skin texture without adding volume or contours. They can be used in conjunction with Dermal Fillers and Anti Wrinkle injections for an even more refreshed natural look.

Remember, not all Skin Care products are equal! Dr. Jodie and her therapist can create a Skin Care program with just the right ingredients tailored exactly to your needs and designed to maintain your in-clinic results. Your active Skin Care should, at a minimum, include:

- AHA/BHA to gently exfoliate the surface of your skin and address pigmentation,
- Broad spectrum, SPF 50+ to protect your skin from damage from UVA and UVB exposure, andVarious peptides and other agents, like resveratrol, for their additional anti-oxidant effect
