Please find below a brief summary of our cancellation policy.
The Dr. Jodie clinic is a small business. We try our absolute best to be accommodating& understanding, but as you can appreciate when clients fail to attend their appointments or provide inadequate notice, it makes our job quite difficult. We would like to acknowledge that most people do the right thing the vast majority of the time. However, we have a strict cancellation policy to protect our time & to ensure we can service as many clients as possible, so you do not miss out.
Kindly note all new consultation appointments attract a $150 fee, payable at the time of the appointment booking. Unfortunately, this amount is not redeemable. In the event that you fail to attend your appointment or if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, this amount is forfeited. If adequate notice of 48 hours or more is given, you will be offered a full refund.
Kindly note a cancellation fee of $200 for a 60 minute treatment appointment & $100 for a 30 minute treatment appointment applies if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given. This needs to be settled before any future appointments will be booked.
In the event that you fail to attend the Dr. Jodie clinic without any notification, unfortunately you will not be permitted to rebook & the above cancellation fees apply.
Clearly, there will be exceptions – life happens & we are not monsters, but please understand this will be unusual & not the rule. We try our best to respect your time & only ask for the same courtesy in return. Given our significant appointment wait time & high demand, we unfortunately have to take a hard line to minimise last minute cancellations & no shows, so we can make sure all of our clients are seen in a more timely manner.
